Superior Soles delivery policy for Romania and the United Kingdom.
International coverage: We currently sell our pet products only in Romania and the United Kingdom; we do not offer worldwide delivery.
Delivery cost and time
Delivery time: Handling time + Transit time
We use FAN for Romania and DHL for the United Kingdom for our deliveries.
Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time: 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday)
Order deadline: Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. (GMT+02:00) Eastern European Standard Time (Bucharest)
All our products will undergo a production process; therefore, there will be a handling time for them.
Insurance: Your order automatically includes insurance! If you have not received an update on your order tracking within 5-6 days, please email us at info@superiorsoles.com and we can help you file a lost parcel report with the courier.
