Thank you for choosing Superior Soles! We take pride in our meticulous attention to detail. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple refund and return policy.

Damaged or defective items – 14 days
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@superiorsoles.com and send us the details along with photos. If there are damaged items or delivery errors on our part, we will issue a full replacement, store credit, or refund (including shipping costs, covered by us), at our discretion.

Exchanges
Yes, we do offer exchanges.

14-day return policy
We accept returns only for unused and unopened packages. You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please write the original order number on the box when returning a package. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for purchasing the new return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 7 business days; however, it may take longer for the funds to appear on the card you used to make the purchase.
